My BU is DE EE. Please tell the All criteria and eligibility for convertion from PA to A.

I don't think even after 3 years also they will promote. They don't have budget. Because I have completed 3 years now and my nomination got rejected 3 times by BU. I don't think they convert this quarter nomination also. So, don't expect or wait for completing 3 years or 4 years, they are just fooling us.

Agar sunna hi chahte ho to, you will be "ELIGIBLE" for associate promotion, after sept 2026.

You joined as GenC or GenC Next?
After 12 months of DOJ you become PA from PAT, Then after 24 months as PA you will become Associate. Total 3 years it will take to become an Associate from the DOJ.
