Trending @Cognizant; I have got offer in cognizant they have mentioned designation Associate projects in offer letter but after deployed in project they are changing designation to software Engineer.any one tell me why they are changing like this ?

Mostly people comes under ADM, Associate is equivalent to Software Engineer, it is just a name change but roles are same.

PAT = Software Engineer trainee PA = jr. Software Engineer A = Software Engineer

And so on..

Both are same designation, just name is didferent
