Trending @Cognizant; I have got a mail from workspace notification!

I have got a mail from workspace notification stating to be in the office from 9am to 7pm for 3 days. It seems to be an automated generated email.

This is the first time I have got this email.

I used to be in the office for 5 hrs and there was not a single issue.

Can anybody put some light on this!! I don't know what is this!!!
