Trending @Cognizant; I have completed 36 months in Cognizant but still not promoted to Associate. I have 2 rating. Any idea will I get promoted now?

I’ve had 5 rating for two years in a row and still no promotion. I have no hope anymore.

Even if you have 3 rating they dont promote

That makes an entire year wasted coz of rating. No matter other all criteria matching
So unfair...

No promotion for 2 rating. Criteria is 3 and above
