How can he nominate as you didn't even complete 30 months

Even if you are nominated hr won't accept. Not to be pessimistic but you will have to complete 30 months no matter what your past rating is. Being in the same seat🌚

You should complete 30 months for promotion

Bro these people are hopeless even though u get 5 rating they will consider it as one of the criteria. If u are not fulfilling other criteria then they will not consider u for promoting. I even got a 5 rating from the last 2 years the only thing was that I was unable to complete the RTO they haven't promoted me
