Trending @Cognizant; I have 1.8 experience, now on VCDP next month will on PDP . Help in what is this process and ANY DEADLINES after face consequences.

What is this VCDP pool? And for initial stage does they mandatorily gives u vcdp and later on they gives u pdp?

I am on project but my project is going to end by 20th may, and I have been tagged to VCDP also. My bench assignment start date is 21st May to 31st Dec 2025. So what does it mean Am i Safe or what

Virtual Corporate Deployment pool. This is the period before 2 years in PA. After 2 years, it will be ADP then PDP

VCDP means u can search for projects like bench but u r still serving to current project u just got access to find jobs.( u r still in utilization/billable)

But PDP means u are completely in bench aging depends after bench assignment few got started on the day of assessment few start after a week to 10 days
