Trending @Cognizant; I got Selected in TCS Background verification query

Hi everyone, I need some clarification regarding my background verification.

I have a total of 4 years of experience with CTS, which I consider my primary work experience. However, after graduation, I worked at a call center for about 2 months. Due to family issues, I had to request a one-month leave, but since my family needed me at that time, I eventually resigned. I have proof of my resignation acceptance email. As I was still in the training period and not deployed to any project, I did not receive an experience letter, although my exit was processed formally.

TCS is now asking for an experience letter from that employer. I have already contacted them but haven’t received a response yet. For now, I have shared my offer letter and a screenshot of the resignation email, and my PF records also reflect the exit date.

If I’m unable to submit the experience letter for those two months, will it impact my joining? Please advise.

Yes, joining will be impacted and the offer might be revoked in some scenarios.
