Nope, read the last year's August hike email, it's clearly mentioned that those who are promoted/received hikes other than appraisal in past 1 year from current date, won't be eligible for current appraisal/hike

It's not true , last year people who got promoted in April 2024 received yearly hikes in August 2024.
