Trending @Cognizant; I got PA TO A. when will I get SA since getting 2 rating in past two years

Check in TMP portal, it will show if you are eligible or not. Also once u become eligible you get mail for jobmoves

Now as per policy i believe u need to get 2 consecutive 5 rating to meet the eligibility criteria..no nomination required by manager

After A it's purely based on your supervisors whether to promote you are not. Sometimes they promote out of favor or in some cases only if they themselves get promoted 🙂
