Impossible they won’t agree in negotiating notice period. Ask for immediate release you will be in bench. Then you resign. You can come out of the company within a month. Tell your new company that you will be joining after a month

Has anyone been terminated till now for not adhering to Cognizant’s RTO policy? I have not been to office for last 2.5 yrs. So what are chances that i will be terminated from the company?
