Could you please mention the steps you and your manager took for this promotion process , I think it will help others clear out some doubts.
Cause I know many associate whose promotion got differed due to rating and other criteria.
Even my manager, unable to see any option like approve or differ
I think my approval is got from higher management
From my experience what I got to know
If you have 4-5 rating
And your RTO compliance for ongoing quarter is good.
In billable project for more than 1 year
Good Utilization like 70 ,80
You are best performing associate PA from your team.
Good communication with manger (chatu giri)
Then you should definitely get the promotion.
Still if you did not get promotion it's better to look for other opportunities.
