I got a show cause notice from hr for non reporting to office even though i am going to the office, thing is i got warning letter on 24th may and they told me to come for 3 days per week, so from next week i decided to come for 3 days but only able to came for 2 day and took a leave on friday due to being sick, and then on monday of this week i got a show cause notice while i was in in the office itself. I responded to the mail and explained my side, do you think they will fire me?
Some people get show cause notice when they are not able to get into project that's why they recieve but you also get when you don't come to office...it's weird.
Bro they are counting 3 days. So if you are taking leave or any other reason they are counting it in WFH day. On some week if you took 2 days leave then for remaining 3 days you need to WFO. Something like this.
No need to panic I and my friends also received such notices.just make sure that your top-up gets approved on time by your manager and go to the office atleast three days in a week irrespective of your number of leaves in that particular week.
Yeah i have gone to office continuously from start of this week and tomorrow also i will be going, your reply gives me a ray of hope :), but lets see what happens
