Trending @Cognizant; I got 2 rating this year am I eligible for SA promotion?

We all will get promotion if we leave cognizant 😂😂

5 consistently from 2 yrs, they are not promoting, what to do, I am already handling team for almost 15 months can anyone guide me on this pls.

If the first time you get 3 ratings and the second time you get 2 ratings? In this way it will work
