Trending @Cognizant; I go to office 3 days a week but always tap in then instantly tap out in morning then go home then again I come at night to tap in and out

And in trutime it always used to count but got a mail from HR that I didn’t complete 15 hours last week so marking me non compliant, what to do? Should I share him with screenshot of my trutime or will he track my in and out hours? Please let me know and I will be posting my answer soon here!Keep you guys updated.

I cant get you bro.. no they will not check ur in hours.. but the thing is y u got compliance mail whether u didnt fill trutime for 1 or 2 days ?

This is just a warning mail. You need to be in ODC for 15 hours in a week. If you are doing tap in and tap out instantly it will count only 1 min. Similarly at night you are doing the same. So 1 min morning and 1 min night total 2 min daily. How will it fill 15 hours a week?

As per the screenshot you shared, you need to be in your ODC at least 15 hours a week. It doesn’t matter for them. How much hours you are showing in your tru time for specific clients. We do have ODC requirements.
