Trending @Cognizant; I am Scrum master at M level in CTS.my bench period starts from Today.Also I have H1B visa Stamped..I see no onsite opportunities in TMP..m not sure what has to be my priority..US opportunities or offshore opportunities..
I am Scrum master at M level in CTS.my bench period starts from Today.Also I have H1B visa Stamped..I see no onsite opportunities in TMP..m not sure what has to be my priority..US opportunities or offshore opportunities..Even if I look for offshore if they know I have H1B they may not take me to project as I may go in middle if I get any onsite opportunities later..I have 12 years of experience..Not sure what to do now..With H1B in CTS I don't have option to look out for outside companies.. Especially with this 35 days bench period it's not making me sleep..I have 4 rating in last two years..
There is a possibility of transfer of H1B if u get hired by other companies. Try it.
I am sure you have many connections in CTS since you are an M level, try to leverage and find an onsite opportunity... But just a scrum master role might not be enough for onsite role.
