Trending @Cognizant; I am PA with 1.9 YOE but in my utilization section 43.7/74.7 is showing. How do I increase this utilization? Will it affect my promotion?

Check with your project manager. Ask him to tag you in a project where your Utilization can increase. If many PA’s are allocated to same project then it will reduce your Utilization, its not in your control. Ask your PM otherwise you will face issue because of this.
