Trending @Cognizant; I am not happy with project how to change project?
While taking client interview they have taken according to my skills skillset but now they have assigned to project which doesn't match my skills at all. Client assigned task and I am unable to do it. I informed my manager but he is telling to contact few people to resolve issue but as it is very old legacy application nobody is able to help. I am pissed off . I asked my manager to release but he is not ready .. I am not getting what to do. Please let me know is there any way to approach other project.
It's actually pretty easy cognizant provide this facility for employees with ease via 1C portal, just go to HCM and click on Personal Information click on the last option you get there and apply and the best part is that you not just be able to change project or domain but you will also able to achieve good hike 100% + , I would suggest go for AIA domain for your future endeavours best 🤞

I have been through this situation. I fought with my manager, dropped them multiple mails (by keeping BU senior manager in cc) and decently asked for a release from the project.
Cts has this nasty habit of assigning anyone anywhere. Worst company ever seen
There is no happy project, adapt yourself if you want to continue in a service based company
