I want to join a new company in 60 days but my notice period is 90 days, I requested my manager and to release in 60 days he said he will check with BU head and let me know, is it possible to get early release in cts

I was assigned to a billable project and my team mate also resigned 1 month before i resigned and so my manager said there was less resource and I will talk to BU Head and I had earned leaves and asked hr about can i compensate my earned leaves for early release still waiting for approval
