I am in bench and allocated to a project.. allocation will be from Monday.. allocation is finalized in TMP and bgv they started.its for pharma account..I have H1B and my previous project manager found an onsite opportunity for me in telecom account..does anyone faced this situation? Will pharma project manager can give me release?

Yes. Being H1b holder even if your current account does not have any on-site opportunity operations team will contact you for on-site opportunity and put you on travel ready pool. So, it better you ask your manager to release you.
