I worked on weekends , extend nights, never say ‘no’ to assigned tasks, cancelled leaves just to do overloaded tasks but all I got 3 year end rating🤯.. i think its time to switch

Most of cognizant is like this unfortunately. With so much work, no time to even upskill and switch and feeling trapped here. Sometimes I think if they are making it this way purposely to use people till exhausted and then throw us away like burnt out cigs and stomp us from living remaining life in any meaningful way.
