It depends on luck and your negotiation skills. Earlier, they were directly offering 5 months. In your case, they might offer you 5 months as well. However, in many cases, they are providing only 3 months. My friend was offered 3 months and told the HR that everyone else was getting 5 months. In the counteroffer, HR responded that not everyone is getting 5 months, but they could mostly provide 4 months.
