I am 4 month pregnant and I am moving to bench in next week. Should I mention to new project people that I am pregnant? Or should I ask for short term(5 to 6 month) projects ? Is that possible?
Probably shouldn’t.. I’m sure no one is so kind and broad minded in Cognizant that they will accept.. my colleague has gone through the same..
Don't mention apply for leave once you join the project
After the bench, try to switch by learning some new skills which are in demand congrats tc 👏 nothing in cognizant for another 3 to 4 years Surely

As per policy you need to inform one month before ml so better not to tell now.
If you mention then they might not onboard you. This is the harsh reality. So better not.
Get into project and then got for ml.
