Trending @Cognizant; Hybrid model if not followed what happens
Hi team i received mail from team normally as your work model is hybrid so to be there in office 2-3 days as per the co policy.. Since my manager is not informed to come office our shift time is 11- 9pm .
So should I take a chance until my manger forcely say to go office...?
Can regret the auto mail trigger from compass..?
Further any escalation chance is there?
Pls assist me..

BTW ex-cognigant employee serverd as a PA for almost 2.8 years as a PA (with notice period) Nobody asked anything I didn't report to office for almost 9 months even though my work schedule was 4-5 days
