Go to Associate360 in 1C and look for Talent Manager tab for Hr details. Both Primary and Secondary Talent Manager ID and Name will be available, they are your department HR.

Check any mail you got from hr like to complete some course and all like that

Or just ping any random hr and ask them you need your hr details

Every business has their own HR. Either you can ask your manager or check mails if you have received anything to complete mandatory courses regarding Rto or anything else you will get to know.
