Trending @Cognizant; HR asked to resign
My aging days are 58 and today HR asked me to resign from organization. They said i don't have any skills to be deployed in project after working in Cognizant for last 3 years. They don't give any other option than self resignation. If we want to extend bench period then we will face management consequences and they will terminate us directly. So we left with no option other than self resigning. Worse.
Even I received termination letter with 48days on bench. They are asking to resign in 7days. But it is also mentioned that employment is put to end with effect 18th(yesterday). "FnF dues if any including notice pay will be settled and credited to your bank account, unless otherwise you request for". what does it mean? My major doubt here is will I get full pay of 5months like others who had in-person met with HR after 52days of bench or how should reply asking the same?
Did you get you FnF? Will they pay 5months or should we ask them for that?
