Trending @Cognizant; HR and managers have stopped responding when you are on pdp

I am in another project tagged with another manager( which was in my previous project) and he still doesn't respond to me and seen zoned me. He doesn't even approve my leave they are getting auto approved.. this is the culture CTS promotes. So better upskill yourself and leave ASAP.
