Trending @Cognizant; How will A to SA promotion get processed?
I have been nominated for promotion (A to SA) this quarter but i am also getting released from project(more like project ramp down). Would i be promoted next quarter if i meet HR criteria. I am really unsure of how A to SA Promotion would happen. Please comment on this.
So think it from a business prespective, why would they promote you if they are not in the way of investing on an asset. What benifit would they get out of it. But I have see people getting promoted while leaving. But think of that you would be 1 step higher in the way of expectation for next project.
Yeah i too think the same why would they be concerned about my promotion if they are letting me go. And 1 step higher should be ok because How would i grow if i stay in same level and its been 3+ yrs now as associate. Lets hope for the best.
I am allocated as associate only to next project and they wont be promoting me. I feel struck at CTS. Hope should have moved out when i had a chance.
