I have selected for another company so any one know who can i reduce my notice period to 1 month .

See it depends on by how much you want you to reduce it by. You can give medical or some other urgency. You have to negotiate it and make a good case.

If you are billable resource then don't expect much from manager. You may need to serve complete notice period.

Yeah i had a word with my manager he was saying that you have to server complete notice period but now I’m first taking release from the project then I’ll resign after bench that will be easy i guess and HR will release me early i guess
