Ask for buy out may be some days will be deducted from your leave balance and rest of the days you have to pay depending on basic pay , it won't cost much, you can check with HR

Even after reaching out to HR they simply say that contact your PM. But the PM is not accepting it. Then what is the solution.

Yes, you can get an early release and for this you need to have a good bond with the Home Manager and above.. I got an early release and will be leaving soon.

Heyy , need director plus approval for it , I got it for early release recently
To do it you need have good bond with senior management.

To reduce Notice period you have to show them Cancer report. 😂
