So you guys get paid extra for working at 1pm-11pm shift?
Can anyone tell me what the process is to get it? Should I ask PM or someone else?

No one wants to give shift allowances as it's an added cost to the project. But you are right in your place to ask it if you are working extra hours. Keep asking either you will get allowance or they will not ask to work extra hours.
I have been working 1-11 and sometimes weekends. They don't pay anything extra. When asked the PM blamed the client saying they don't want to pay extra and asked us to login early and logout early. But mostly people end up working till 11 anyway
Do you get extra shift allowance for 1-11? I didn't even get allowance for past 5 months for working 10 pm - 8 am shift
