Check with project manager if he/she can promote you within the project or not. For SA promotion you need to apply for irise eligible SO in TMP, which will be created by your PM, if they cannot promote you within same project then you need to take release from project and apply for irise eligible SO in TMP raised by other projects.

Any one got promoted to A to SA with in 2.5 years?

How many years we need to work as Associate to become SA ?

My colleague, she got promoted to SA this month, her YOE in CTS is 11Years, I have 7 YOE waiting for SA promotion as well
