If have completed 2 years on current role, then ask them to give you permission for TMP under IJM program to see promotion eligible roles.
I got promoted to A level in October 2022. When can I expect for SA. Is there any way I can surely get it early?

If you are in good terms then why haven't you got 5😅. Just kidding. Wait till Nov 15th after that you can raiee TMP open so access to look out for project that have promotion eligible role.
Min you need to work 3.5 to 4 years as A, then you are eligible if u get SO for SA
Will the manager defaultly nominate me based on eligibility for promotion to M level even though I don't ask them
You can communicate your expectations to your HM or PM and then see what they say because it is in their hands.
