Does anyone know how to get an onsite opportunity? What is the salary structure for onsite? Is there any timeline to be there in onsite and later we need to come back?

Depends on the onsite availability in your project and the country, as visa policies will be different

Yes there is some timeline, which you can stay in onsite for 2to 3yrs min and later you need to come back. In case you need to come in-between the given period you need to pay penalty.
