Do we need to count weekend days for bench days ageing ? How long can we be in bench ? I am M level and on bench for good amount of time.

It includes the weekends. You can see bench ageing in the TMP portal. Initially 35 days are allowed and an extension of 7 days will be granted twice. So approx 2 months bench ageing time. You have to WFO on all days and should not reject any opportunity for any constraints.

And what is the action taken after 2 months

Your ageing days will be shown to you in tmp. Yes weekends also it counts. Normally it's 55days long + 6days extension (not for all). But conditions may change as per situation.
