I have some queries related to medical benefits provided by CTS, In the offer letter when I joined there is a separate row which is company benefits (medical benefits, accident insurance) per year, there are some amount...

How can I claim it if I got some treatment in hospital without getting admitted in bed..

I am asking about medi assist which is different right, will be getting claim amount only if got admitted in hospital at least 1 day right..

Let me know how I can claim this ?

You need to get hospitalized for at least 24 hours then only you will get the claimed amount

No other way to get the amount without admission to the hospital.
