When I was on bench then tried also dropped email but HM said that once you deployed on project then you can change.

They are not allowing to change location while being on bench

If deployed in project connect with your Business Manager he can do it or else on pdp HCM can do it. Managers have access to location portal and it is just a 10 min process.
