Trending @Cognizant; How to ask for onsite?

I have 3 exp in cognizant and one of the senior and oldest resources in the project for the German automotive giant. I consider myself as a key resource in the team. My rating is 5 previous and this year expecting a minimum of 4. Received great feedback from clients and from the cognizant subsidiary company in Germany who actually handles the project. I have learnt basic German and continuously learning.

Sometimes back I have asked my cognizant subsidiary manager about an onsite opportunity but he did not find any position there for me.

How should I proceed with this situation.
