You should atleast complete 2 years in your current role and have more than 3 rating in last cycle. If both poibts are clear then reach out to PM highlight your achievements and client appreciations. Ask him to give access for TMP under internal job move program. If he want you then he will create promotion eligible SO and assign you in sane project otherwise after some time frame he will release you to other promotion eligible projects.
