Hey, You can Raise a GSD, the agent might let you know your HR name, but 1st check in the new oneC dashboard, I saw the name of my HR there.

If not found, there should be a IRV number for ASK HR, there you can get your call directed to a HR.

Ask any person above your manager or who your manager reports to if you are lucky you will get reply
