I am curious how much hike CTS provide if your being promoted to SA level? Support A salary is 18 LPA, how much will be SA salary after promotion?
SA base bracket is 14-16LPA. If you already at 18 then expect peanuts. Max 15%.
Hmm...i have seen associates at 20+. SA must be on 25+.
For lateral hire it may be. For normal hire who joined CTS as fresher it will be like below.
PAT: 4.5LPA PA: 5.5LPA A: 6.75LPA SA: 14-16LPA (Depends in after how many years associate is getting promotion)
For laterl hire it will vary case by case. But it will be max 15% on current CTC.
It's no matter to them how many percentage they can give.. if you get promoted soon in your career then you will see good percentage bez the rage for sa 12 to 14lpa.. but if you are a person having much years of experience and you are paid 11lap at time you noticed for promotion then 12lpa is your revised package..
