Trending @Cognizant; How exactly is RTO is calculated ?
Do we need to spend specific hours in office per day or week or month? Where we can check my RTO is good / as expected or not??
25 hours per week
I am going to office 4 days but 5-6 hrs then is it fine??
25 hours per week is impractical for 2 days/week in office it should be 2 to 3 days per week,I think it's not about hours just days
2.5 means average should be 2.5 days like for one week you go 2 days and another for 3 days
Rto is not calculated by hours
I go office for 4-5 hrs for 2/3 days a week
And never recieved and RTO compliance mail
Min 5 hrs and 3 days required
And bench person required 5 days week 9 hrs login from office
I don't think time is being considered because no where it is mentioned, it's only 2/3 days week
As per the calculations of the management the data changes... all this is just to not give employees hikes at the end of Appraisal cycle
Same doubt, hope someone will answer.
