Hello all. I have got a rating of 2. Not sure if I'll recieve any hike this year. How do I know for sure? Speaking with the manager isn't yielding any result.

That's hike that came with promotion and Aug hike would be the yearly hike.

Doesn't matter the rating you will get a hike but lesser than with higher ratings. Everyone will receive or nobody will
