Trending @Cognizant; How are promotions in AIA domain..?

I demanded for Promotion from A to SA and got promoted ,depends on the project and the dependency u have created upon urself 😀

It's depend on project to project in AIA. as far as i heard there are very less project in AIA now and few higher level folks are in trouble. Like M+.

I think right now there's huge crunch of projects in AIA not sure if they would be promoting people. If you are able to remain in project that's a promotion in itself.

AIA is the worst domain to work in
