Trending @Cognizant; Hopeless technical flow in GoPerform

Hi Guys, Generally tasks needs to be provided with sufficient amount of time to accomplish. But I had to face one such idiotic project and had to work with idiotic managers. These managers are senseless and doesn’t even try to understand or listen on the complication of the task. I however after attempts after attempts of discussion 😕 still couldn’t able to convince them for getting sufficient amount of time to complete the task. It increased me pressure, lowered self confidence, 😞 late night works, erratic sleep cycle, anxiety. I couldn’t able to tolerate. I started asking them release from the project. It was not smooth. Discussions were not smooth. Each discussion had heat. However came out of the project. It didn’t end there. Those idiots 👿 started providing negative review comments and feedback on the subsequent project managers. In addition to it in the previous year goals, I did Certified scrum master external certification. And updated it too in the portal where it needs to be updated. It didn't get updated as expected. Now it resulted in PIP. That f****g program I need to face it. Any idea what type of goals would the current manager assign ?.

Leave cognizant.. look out for better opportunity. You profile in a company is screwed once pip is tagged

Oh man afaik you're in trouble. The company's main objective reg the PIP is to terminate the employees without any implications to the organisation.
