The right approach should be minimum 24 months for eligibility but not mandatory. PA’s have to perform well and add value to a project. Most PA’s in cts or at-least in my project just pass time affecting operations and customer and year end expect default promotion.

Senior associates and managers are not watching their reportees 24hrs surveillance. This is the issue. They are just making opinions, and helping management to exploit young professionals which demoralise them at early of the carrier.
