Trending @Cognizant; Home Manager's Insensitive Accusation
I'm absolutely appalled by the behavior of my home manager. During a recent interaction, he accused me of "mugging up" interview questions. It's beyond disrespectful and unprofessional to make such a baseless accusation. His insensitivity knows no bounds. He's been repeatedly trying to demotivate me since the day I joined this org. I mean why I was selected for this organisation if they knew I was mugging up their stupid questions in the first place. Has anyone else experienced similar mistreatment from their home manager? How did you handle it? Any advice on how to address this situation? I'm seeking support and guidance on how to proceed. #homemanager #rudebehavior #workplacebullying #professionalism #support

I would have complained to the manager of the home manager through email.

I thought of doing that. He'll be then more mad at me for the complaint raised against him to his manager. Moreover, I'm not sure if any action or warning would be issued against him as he's very old in the organization. I joined CTS few months ago only.

Bro forget that he is an old employee then no action will be taken . The rule is the same for everyone. Ask yourself if you are able to work in that environment.

Lol kiddo, experienced here listen to me. Don't give a fuck bout him shit happens in my case I was like "ha Bhai Kia he ab kya kare zindagi katne ke liye kuch na kuch karna padta he nachna ya nachana" it means "yes I have to do whatever I can, to live this live i will dance too if it gets me paid haha" So, take a chill pill homie if you are at this attitude like "i don't give a fuck" then yeh no one can do a shit bout ya So hear me out homie be chill

Dude, 3 mahine se yehi attitude rakha hai ki "koi baat nahi, let it be. Nayi jagah hai, time lagega to settle in". But I feel now that there's no point in staying at a place where you're not getting an iota of respect. I've worked with various MNCs but there are instances where you must know I've had enough of this shit.

Change your home manager by self. Nothing he can do rather then releasing from project and be prepared to communicate and justify yourself when he do so. You are not slave here, he has no right to be so disrespectful even in the worst situation or may be you can drop a mail to his senior manager mentioning all these points if possible ready with your proofs..

Yea ,better get released from the project . You can definitely raise your voice against home manager...But he is first point of contact for your senior management. So,his words will be heated first.Escalate the issue to your SM or M only if you have solid proofs....ot elsz jus change the team or project
