Trending @Cognizant; HM getting mail of promotion from PA to A reportee, as I have seen one screenshot in Grapevine.

My senior manager (Manager of my HM) informed me 1 week ago that 3 people will get promoted from PA to A from my project and he informed me that your name is there this quarter you will definitely receive promotion mail. Now I saw one post having screenshot that HM are getting mail of promotion to inform their reportee. I asked my HM today he said no I have not received any mail till now regarding. He has nominated me for promotion in front of me. So anyone her has any idea about the mail which HM received for promotion confirmation. Please do comment and let me know. Last quarter my promotion was deferred by Hr stating that there is no quota.
