Hi can anyone help with normal timeline for year appraisal at CTS - like when we get communication regarding it and from which month it's effective unless it gets postponed like last year. Please help

Generally ratings will be normalised in December and released on in feb 1st or 2nd week. On march 15th will get the incentive. And by March 2nd or 3rd week will get the merit increase letters and will be effective from Apr 1st.
