Will October Promoted associate will receive hike in November.

If possible l request you provide reason also. As far as I know, this time Hike will be once a Year. 5 rating will get approx 8% hike in current salary. What is the minimum months required to get hike is unkown to me. Hike will be given uptill Senior Associate (confirm). And 80% will get hike, but October Promoted associate are eligible, it is unkown to me..!
