Example
You got a compensation revision due to promotion this month (July). The annual salary hike cycle (usually in August) is also approaching. Will I get the same hike as others (based on your performance rating) even though you just got a promotion hike?
For example : for 4 rating - cts announcing 7 percentage, All associated who got promoted july also getting same percentage hike?

I don't think so....they will always try to save money.....we just got promotion so they will give us less hike
